my take on soup. it's not supposed to be. you're not supposed to drink with a spoon. you drink out of a glass/mug/cup/carton. you eat out of a plate/bowl/baking pan. or for that matter eat semi solids when you are old enough. except chicken corn soup. which includes pieces of chicken. no dark meat please. and no ginger/garlic/chilli peppers. i know how we desis do. it should have corn. i guess i'm just partial to how mummy makes it. or is that impartial? i can never tell. kher. that is where it's at. don't pitch me any of your idiosyncracies. keep your arrogant ideas of vegetable soup or cream of mushroom or watered down daal to yourself. peddle your issues somewhere else. ok. i'm over it. sort of
